Name/Alias: Kylie so I go by... Kylie, lol. or Kyles.
Hobbies: Writing, reading, watching movies, roleplaying cuz I'm cool, dancing, singing
Likes: music, movies, star trek, csi, women, ncis, sleeping, geeking out
Dislikes: boredom, doing nothing, work, homophobia, ignorance
Fears: death, dying alone, losing people I love
Describe yourself in three words: Geeky, emotional, caring
Fly a little higher…
Strong points: I'm very protective of the people I love, and loyal. Will do anything to make those around me happy when they're down, generous, hard-working, funny and I'd like to think I'm smart
Weak points: Way too emotional. Easily annoyed, and overly-passionate, stubborn, impossibly awful at hiding when I'm annoyed!
Favorite colors?: Red, blue and black
What were/are your three favorite subjects in school?: English language, biology, media studies
What era or recent decade would you fancy yourself living in?: It depends. I love having the little bits of technology that we have like iPhones and the internet, but the 1930s are a time period I geek out over a lot. 30s and 40s. The world wasn't a wonderful place for the most part then, but I'm fascinated by it. Either that, or Egyptian times. Because that too fascinates me and seems like a wonderful time, where they were way ahead of themselves. I find it amazing.
How would most people describe you?: Caring, easily upset, easily moody, fun to be around
Would you describe yourself the same way? Why or why not?: Pretty much, apart from the fun bit! But that's just my insecure side there
If you could have dinner with anyone of your choosing, dead or alive, who would it be?: Louise Lombard. I have the fricken' biggest crush on her. I'd not eat. I'd sit staring whilst poking food about, whilst she stared back thinking 'wtf is this?!'
What is your favorite quote, and why?: "Time is the fire in which we burn" because, yes it's a Trek one, but I think it's got a beautiful lesson behind it.
Would you honestly risk your own life to save a complete stranger?: Depends, and I don't think I could honestly say.
When confronted with your doppelganger from another universe, how do you convince those around you that you are the original?: Maybe share a secret with them that only I should know. Or geek out majorly on them.
When spending the evening with your significant other, is your communicator on, or off?: Depends. Most likely off, but if there is a chance I'll be needed elsewhere, it'd be on but they'd know I'm 'on call'.
Someone is threatening to harm your best friend with a weapon. How do you diffuse (or escalate) the situation?: Try to speak to them calmly, and then surprise them and disarm them with brute force. Because nobody hurts my BFF!
The current away team has been taken hostage and their communicators are not working. What do you do to try to rescue them?:Diplomacy? Either that, or beam down (though ugh, I'm not sure how I'd feel about that one!) and use sneaky tactics to sneak in and smuggle them out.
Star Trek IX.
Which character do you relate to the most, and why?: Hmmm, I guess I'd say Bones. He's an emotional kind of guy, with them on the surface, and that's pretty much how I am.
What color is your regulation uniform/which Starfleet department do you work for?: I'd either be in the medical bay, or Science officer, so... blue all round.
The bridge is empty and the captain's chair is unoccupied. To sit, or not to sit? If yes, do you spin around?: Yes, you sit. No you don't spin. You recline and enjoy. And leave a nice ass print that screams 'I was here!'
The Enterprise has been contaminated by an airborne aphrodisiac. Who do you end up shagging?: MMmmm, she may not be in the movie, but Nurse Chapel! For sure, ha. Either that or Bones. He's one of the few men I'd go straight for!
Anything Else?: Uhm, no? I'm shy. I never know what to say on these things!
